EcoZert - sustainability certificate

We have received an award for our sustainability and are delighted! The EcoZert sustainability certificate is independent proof that we as a group of companies are focussing on ecological, economic and social aspects and making our sustainability measures transparent. We are proud to have received this certification and will continue to work hard to achieve our sustainability goals. We are thus demonstrating that responsible behaviour in the areas of the environment, social affairs and corporate governance is one of our core aspects.

ISO certificate

ISO 9001 is a standard for quality management systems (QMS) that also focuses on customer satisfaction, among other things. The ISO 14001 standard stands for environmental management systems (EMS) and focuses on environmental indicators, life cycle assessments and assessments of environmental performance. Both standards aim to establish a continuous improvement process to achieve defined quality and environmental goals.

Kaffee Partner wins the Top Innovator award for the second time, making it one of the 100 most innovative companies in the German SME sector. We were particularly convincing in the category "Innovation-promoting top management".

Certified customer satisfaction

In the TÜV Saarland customer satisfaction certification, Kaffee Partner was awarded the grade "good" (1.9). The company scored particularly well in the areas of service and advice. The respondents of the study are very satisfied with the offer of Kaffee Partner with 87.6% and would recommend us. The TÜV Saarland tested our service in Germany.

German Innovation Award

Together with the Osnabrück agency DIE ETAGEN, Kaffee Partner has developed an augmented reality app for the tablet. The AR technology enables our salesmen to virtually place the fully-automatic coffee machines, water dispensers and accessories in 3D at a customer's location. Customers get a much better idea of what a coffee system could look like in your business. Kaffee Partner received the German Innovation Award in the category "Information Technologies/ Functional Software" for this innovation.
